Junior Technical Support Specialist – 1 Year Contract
Lakeland Networks is seeking a self-motivated, energetic, and responsible individual to assist with technical duties and projects related to our fibre-optic internet network. Reporting to the Manager of Customer Experience, the individual will work in our technical support centre, supporting Internet, Voice and Television for business and residential customers. The successful incumbent will provide Tier 2 technical assistance via phone, chat, email, or in-person support and work as part of a team to ensure our customers’ issues are resolved.

Operations Supervisor
We’re looking for an experienced leader to join Lakeland Power as an Operations Supervisor, overseeing our line crews and field operations across Bracebridge, Huntsville, Parry Sound, and surrounding communities.
In this role, you’ll coach and mentor Lead Hands, Line Crews, and Labourers while ensuring safety, reliability, and compliance across all field work. You’ll manage scheduling, on-call rotations, and larger project supervision, and collaborate closely with Engineering, contractors, and community partners to keep power flowing and customers informed. If you’re a Red Seal Certified Powerline Technician with strong leadership experience and a passion for building high-performing teams, this is a great opportunity to shape the future of our operations.
